About me
My focus is helping adults navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, divorce, retirement, early adulthood, starting families, work stress, anger management and more.
In addition to my private practice, I served as Director of Counseling Center at Roger Williams University for 26 years. As Director, I counseled students and trained dozens of doctoral candidates that are now practicing psychologists around the country. I also worked at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Northampton, MA and at a community mental health center in Westfield, MA.
My professional interests include the mind-body connection, yoga, mindfulness, spirituality, sports psychology, resiliency, happiness and psychotherapy from a Buddhist perspective.
